Our Founder and Managing Director

Tamara Samuel founded Greenfield Insight drawing on more than 25 years’ experience as a CEO, business leader and project leader with the Boston Consulting Group. She has guided organisations through strategic transformation and operational innovation to deliver significant profit growth across industries including banking, education, consumer goods, and airlines.

Tamara brings a unique combination of executive leadership experience, top-tier strategic expertise and formal coaching qualifications. This blend enables her to support individuals and organisations with clarity, confidence and practical direction. She moved into coaching after experiencing the value of an independent, trusted sounding board during her own leadership journey, and has since completed multiple coaching and mentoring programs to deepen her practice.

 

“Greenfield” is Tamara’s family maiden name — and also a term used to describe a fresh, unconstrained approach to new opportunities. It reflects both her heritage and her philosophy: provide the structure to think clearly, explore possibilities and move forward with confidence.
